This vehicle is a live demo of the 3D Product Customizer & Configurator for WooCommerce — a full 3D car configurator running natively inside WooCommerce. Drag to rotate the car, scroll to zoom, and use the customization steps to repaint the body and restyle the interior in real time. Everything here was built through the plugin’s visual admin, with no external service and no custom code.

Repaint the body, choose the finish

Switch the exterior between finishes like Blue paint, Red, and Chrome and watch the car update instantly. Each paint uses physically based rendering, so metallic flake, gloss, and reflection respond to light the way real automotive paint does. The Chrome option also demonstrates priced customization — selecting it adds $3,000 to the product total, showing how a single option can carry both a visual change and a price change straight into the WooCommerce order.

Customize the interior independently

The interior is its own configuration step, with finishes including Doppio, Infrared, Meteor Shower, Meteoroid, Milky-Way, and Nebulae. Because each step targets specific meshes, the body and interior are customized separately — exactly how a real vehicle configurator separates exterior paint from cabin trim. Chain as many steps as the product needs, all managed from one interface.

Options that change the price

This demo is the clearest example of price-aware customization. When a customer selects a paid option like Chrome, the cost is added automatically and the final configuration — every selected option, with its price — is saved to the order as line-item meta, visible on the order page and in emails. No manual product variations, no SKU sprawl.

See it in your driveway with AR

On a compatible phone, the View in AR button places the car in your space at true scale — Quick Look on iOS, WebXR on Android. Customers see the exact paint and finish on a life-size model before they commit.

How this demo was made

A single .glb model was uploaded straight through the WooCommerce product editor. The plugin detected every mesh automatically, body and interior steps were assigned with checkboxes, the Chrome price modifier was set in the visual admin, and the configurator generated itself. When a customer builds their car and adds it to the cart, the full specification and total are saved to the order.
