This chair is the most complete demo of the 3D Product Customizer & Configurator for WooCommerce — a full 3D chair configurator with three separate customization steps, running natively inside WooCommerce. Drag to rotate, scroll to zoom, and build the chair option by option in real time. Everything here was created through the plugin’s visual admin, with no external service and no custom code.

Three steps, customized independently

The chair is configured across three distinct steps — Main material, Handles, and Base — each targeting its own meshes. Choose an upholstery, then a handle finish, then a base finish, and the model updates instantly at every choice. Because each step is independent, customers mix and match freely, exactly how a real made-to-order furniture configurator works. Chain as many steps as a product needs, all managed from one interface.

A full range of priced materials

Every step offers a gallery of finishes rendered with physically based rendering — woven fabrics like Chia, Citron, and Creme, premium Black and Brown leathers, natural Dark Wood and Light Wood grains, and metals including Brushed Metal and Metal 2. Many options carry a price modifier, from +$50 leathers to +$100 metal bases, so upgrades add to the total automatically. The final configuration and price are saved to the WooCommerce order as line-item meta, with no product variations to manage.

Material upgrades that drive order value

This demo shows how a single product can offer dozens of paid upgrades without SKU sprawl. Each priced option adds its cost the moment it is selected, turning one configurable product into a full upsell path — base materials included, premium leathers and metals as paid upgrades — all handled by the plugin and flowed straight into checkout.

On a compatible phone, the View in AR button places the finished chair in your space at true scale — Quick Look on iOS, WebXR on Android. Customers confirm fit, proportion, and finish before they order.

How this demo was made

A single .glb model was uploaded straight through the WooCommerce product editor. The plugin detected every mesh automatically, three steps were created and their materials assigned with checkboxes, price modifiers were set in the visual admin, and the configurator generated itself. When a customer builds their chair and adds it to the cart, the full specification and total are saved to the order.
